Janaye Ingram serves as the DC Bureau Chief of the National Action Network, bringing with her years of experience of working in communities of color. Ms. Ingram has dedicated her life to building social justice and equality after growing up in one of the nation’s most dangerous cities, Camden, NJ.

Akinah Rahmaan is Vice President, Marketing at Island Def Jam Music Group. Ms. Rahmaan oversees and directs marketing campaigns on behalf of her roster of IDJ artists, which includes Frank Ocean, Big Sean, Pusha T, Jhene Aiko, Fabolous, Luke James, and Teyana Taylor.
